HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC PATH

HISTORY OF ART: THE BLACK ROOM
The didactic path consists of two distinct parts. In the first phase, the children visiting the Pinacoteca will discover art through the visit of works where supports and colors, landscapes, perspectives are highlighted. In the second phase, classes visiting the Museum will have the opportunity to go to the didactic laboratory and discover how the old painters realized the portraits. Thanks to the darkroom, the ancestor of the modern camera, already used in the past by famous artists (Van Eych brothers, Caravaggio and Canaletto), the children will be able to confront the great painters in the realization of a portrait.
