NATURAL SCIENCES

This section of the museum was created during the XIX Century thanks to the donations of many important Italian naturalists and of relevant names in the political and social history of Valsesia: all branches of natural sciences are widely represented. Contributions continued even after the death of the founder (see Haas Coleoptera Collection, 1935), the last one being in 2004 (Caron Butterflies Collection).
